Yes. Since 2004 and up until today the Source engine's graphics were totally outdated. With those dynamic shadows, the Source engine is now 100% modern.

It's doesn't have SSAO or fancy shaders like God Rays so it's outdated!

I think it's an alright review, and I agree with it for the most part, but you should also focus on things that could be improved if there are any.

Some constructive criticism: This isn't really so much of a review as it is more of an advertisement or game guide. A review should talk about the good and bad points of the game, not just describe how to play it and what it has in it.
You also really need to fix your voice. You're talking in too much of a monotone, and it's not fun to listen to. The general rule is, if you don't sound interested in what you're doing, why would anyone else be interested in it?
All in all I'm not entirely sure why you made this, whenever you make anything you should have a point behind it, and this review basically sounds like a restatement of the game manual with some praise thrown in. Next time you want to make a review, have a purpose for it. If your purpose is to show people what a good game it is, have some valid points in contrast to other games that makes it fun to play. Just saying that it's good doesn't cut it.
