This doesn't seem believable but incredibly well done.
What's the deal? a car ran out from the opposing traffic and the driver of the bmw wasn't paying attention. The "ghost car" is just hidden behind the bmw. You can see the back of it at around 1:10 around the right edge of the bmw.
