This is not the movie rendition of "Alice's Adventures In Wonderland" (aka the animated Disney movie); It's actually [i]the sequel[/i]: Through The Looking Glass (which is still Lewis Carrol).
Sci-Fi did a rethink of Through The Looking Glass as well, called "Alice". It was really good, this looks pretty good too.
I saw a trailer for this in Imax and when that Cheshire Cat came up, it was in 3D and everyone flipped out.
It was so distorted and weird looking
So right now it seems like the people who like Johnny Depp are looking forward to this movie and the people who don't like Depp aren't looking forward to the movie.
I think some movie studio was reading my thoughts when I said Depp would be a good mad hatter, then again I was referring to the batman villain but...

Yes the trailer does make it look like the game. Dear god I might actually watch it.

Seems like they sort of stole some of the plot for that one, too.
Although I've heard that American McGee's 'Alice' will also be made into a movie.
The thing that sucks is that if that happens, people will think that American McGee's is a ripoff of the Disney movie, and not the other way around.
Still, this looks great and I will be watching it.
