our "natural disasters" are so tame that all we need to prep is bread and milk.
brb making a blizzard snowman
Forgot the part where every car needs a full tank or else they will drift away in the snowstorm
This Blizzard was pretty dumb.
im 6+ feet tall and the fucking snow was up to my stomach, shoveling that was dumb.
God damn it's so true... I live in Maryland and everytime it snows the bread and milk disappear. Why?! They're calling for an inch! It's a flurry! The fuck people
As an American cashier at a grocery store, I can confirm this. 5 inches of snow that night, and half the town shows up for fucking bread, milk, eggs, and antifreeze.
I work at a grocery store in New England and yeah this is 100% accurate. Everyone scrambles for bread and milk regardless of how much snow is falling.
I had to run to the store once in the few days after a snow storm in GA because I wanted to make brownies. I got there and realized, shit, they are out of eggs. It snowed in GA. Of course they are out of eggs.
