It won't work without Paul Walker
pretty sure they already filmed a majority of his scenes before his death

The guy at :13 doesn't look like him, I think that's a different guy

idk if you missed all that shitstorm or what but yes the majority of his scenes were done, the few bits left are being done using his brothers with a CGI face overlay, and i THINK some voicework was also added with some soundalike.
What's the car at 2:12?
I wanna say it's a Lexus but I'm not sure.

Also color me hyped. I know a lot of people don't agree but I love the fact that the new F&F movies don't give a fuck and just go for balls out senseless action.
Is that the girl from Game of Thrones?
I haven't watched a lot of Fast and Furious besides the first two or something but what's with all the military and gun things?
I haven't watched a lot of Fast and Furious besides the first two or something but what's with all the military and gun things?
Basically Brian went back with the cops for some reason then he betrayed them again to save Dominic but then they were chased by the military but they got a deal that let them run away but then the military found them again anyway but they joined forces with them to stop the brother of the bad guy of this one.
It's...easier to understand if you just watch them.
Although if you just wanna watch this one then I suppose you could get away with only watching the third and sixth ones.
I haven't watched a lot of Fast and Furious besides the first two or something but what's with all the military and gun things?
maybe actually watch the rest of the movies after 3 then?
that's like asking how did ron marry hermione after having only read the first book.
But I don't want to.
I dunno man. I love these films, but I feel the Fast & Furious series has lost its touch, especially with how this trailer has painted 7 as a by-the-numbers action movie.

Man, that's some creepy fact right there.
I kind of liked these films more when they were essentially Need For Speed Underground: The Movie

They also rewrote the film to kill off his character and wrap up the series. They had 8 and 9 planned but were scrapped after his death.

don't know where you heard they killed off his character, because they didn't. they also didn't scrap 8, considering walker's brother is coming into the series as a new character.

No way, the last few were the best ones. They got to a point where they don't care about making anything realistic or anything and now they're just really over the top and crazy but really fun.
Also Jason Statham as the bad guy is gonna be really interesting.

Isn't this still technically chronologically before Tokyo Drift? Because they could just use the excuse of his character going off and doing that movie.
These films are one of my biggest guilty pleasures.
Can't wait.
Interesting how someone says "one last ride" just as Paul Walkers face shows up in the trailer. :(

Nope, this takes place after Tokyo Drift now, because [sp]Han is dead.[/sp]

Unless they put that last scene from the last movie somewhere in the middle or end of this one.
Something similar was done in the Bourne movies and since they showed that scene in the trailer it's a possibility.

[sp]Han's death scene was shown at the end of Fast and Furious 6 and introduced the villain (Statham) for this film. [/sp]
That impact at :35 made my spine cringe.
Idk why but for some reason the last few F&F have just been really entertaining and its rare to see that kind of thing with these types of movies so I'm probably gonna see it.

Probably the flying vintage skylines, the car flippers or the fucking tank catapult. God I love F&F6.
I didn't start out as a fan of the series (still haven't seen the first four) but Five and Six were such unabashed crazy-fun adventure thrill-rides that I'm eagerly anticipating this one.
Also: Kurt Russell!

I remember reading a comment online that Fast Five was a better superhero movie than The Avengers and I am almost inclined to agree.

I know but what I was saying is that that particular event might "happen" somewhere in this movie (and we'll see what led to it).
Meaning that [sp]he's alive[/sp] in the beginning of the movie and then somewhere towards the middle/end [sp]they re-show that scene where he dies[/sp].
I just think they might do this because they show that scene in this trailer meaning it could be in this movie.

Oh and also [sp]fans want to see Han which is why he was brought back in the first place[/sp]
Jesus Christ I only watched the first two when did they become the A-Team?

Also how does he climb around the coach door to climb up the front? :v:
The (F&)F movies have strayed way too far from the roots of jacking trucks full of VHS players but damn do they know how to make a couple hours worth of turn your brain off and prepare for full on action movies!
