I'm pretty sure Shacknews or whoever said that in the New Node.
Pretty much the only announcement I wanted from Microsoft. Hopefully it lives up to the original Crackdown

Looks pretty good judging from that trailer, and i'm glad they are making a new game. There seems to be a lot more glowing lights than in the previous games, though.
Crackdown 1 and 2 weren't that long ago so I dunno why they decided to do away with the '3', or at least a subtitle of some sort (going off by the logo shown at the end + video name).
