I'm sorry but why are people allowed to be that close to the track?

It's rally, it's always like this. Usually people aren't retarded enough to sit in places like that.
The 3 females reacted so slowly
Rally spectators are actually a crucial part of the sport, especially when across country like this. For reasons such as this:

Don't sit on the outside edge of corners.
Holy fucking shit, that crash literally could not have gone better
those fans are the luckiest god damn people
especially the girl on the corner, she should have been pulverized given how fast the car was going
That crash could have easily killed the group of them that were sitting there. Luckily the car crashed the way it did or else there would have been people killed or seriously injured from that crash.

To be fair it all happened very quickly.
imagine being the driver and having killed 5-6 people
stuff like this can be used as proof of a higher power.
do you motherfuckers not know a joke post when you see one, christ.
Why even sit that dangerously close and not be prepared to peace out when shit goes bad?
So lets say the car does kill all those people, is the driver considered a murderer? Or is it just a sport accident as if it were like a Nascar thing?

imagine being that driver and believing that you just killed them all
honestly, they wouldve had it coming ,sitting there

Like intertia and gravity?

Sport accident most likely. It's rally. The terrain isn't even which makes it a hell of a lot harder to control, people standing right on the edge of the track are asking for it imo.
Kurwa.

this post can be used as proof of fallacious reasoning.
So lets say the car does kill all those people, is the driver considered a murderer? Or is it just a sport accident as if it were like a Nascar thing?
There is no way that it would be considered murder.
The closest possible thing to it would be involuntary manslaughter, and even then I doubt the driver would be charged with that.
I feel bad for the girl that just froze up. Her life could have been over right there.
Is it just me or do rallies have the most stupid spectators? Not the first time I see spectators standing around really dangerous spots on the track.
That thumbnail looks like a Final Destination movie.

I rather see it is as proof of a lack of one.
The 3 females reacted so slowly
Car was like "I'M GON KILL U nah just jokin OR AM I? nah I am"
Jesus, those people are super lucky
why are they sitting so close to the track though? That's just stupid

The video itself is like, an inverse Final Destination; instead of a tiny mishap ending up killing everyone, like a dude slipping on a puddle and knocking a chainsaw into a group of high school students, you've got a huge accident with a high-speed car hurtling into a huddle of seated people and failing to injure anyone at all.
