I think their fair use is bullshit. Videos where I was listening to the radio while playing competitive csgo team match was flagged even though it shouldn't of been.

That was just... dreadful. I'd have preferred someone walked in on me watching a bunch of people in gangbang with farm animals than this. And why were people like EpicMealTime, Tobuscus, PewDiePie, Smosh, and a lot of others in there? They've been big names for a long time, they didn't suddenly rise to fame this year.
