It's not exactly funny to watch a guy hold down a button to destroy blocks. Now, if he were up at the top of the map removing blocks from under people, it would be somewhat funny, but in a game where you can't really die, there's not much to grief.
I'll sum it up with this: If the crap you're destroying is worth the grief, you're just being a dick and making off with some hours of someone's time.
And anyways, something about me doesn't like watching autistic kids fuck with autistic kids because one thinks it's funny :v:

I grief because its fun to watch people text spam in anger just like what happened in this video. You don't have to have mics in a game for griefing to be enjoyable.

Seriously, this isn't griefing, it's just being an idiot.
Griefing is when you camp in a corner and don't do anything when you have the bomb on a CS de_ map or in MW2 search and destroy.
Griefing is standing in front of a Sniper as a Pyro and blocking his view while a buddy Ubercharges him.
Griefing is standing in a doorway and writing in the text chat that you can't move because your keyboard has stopped working.
Griefing is getting world boss aggro then getting him to follow you to a noob area.
Basically, griefing is practical joking, and what you're doing is just ripping up someone's work, there's no thought or humor involved.
Tips on Minecraft griefing :
- Buy the game and go into multiplayer survival.
- When you see people near an edge, push them off.
- In cities, make a very dark room out of view, where mobs can spawn and invade the city.
- And if you really have to destroy, make a bunchload of TNT, bury it, connect to a switch, and add a sign saying "Do not press".
