Did he die? [sp]Of course not. He simply got transported into the future.[/sp]
How could Batman die?
Batman? What?
Im gonna miss him. Whos gon' look after gotham now?
Metropolis you mean. Gotham is Batman's city.
Kind of a dick move on Bruce's part though, knowing he's not dead and still letting everyone mourn. [editline]5th January 2011[/editline] Then again he IS the motherfucking batman.
Hang on, wonder woman just fucked up that giant robot with ease, why didn't superman just destroy it straight off?
Hang on, wonder woman just fucked up that giant robot with ease, why didn't superman just destroy it straight off?
Because it was shooting at civilians. That and story.
fuck civilians.
Wasn't that a little cheesy? I mean Wonderwoman just took the damn robot out with one blow, couldn't they just have done that right away?
Wouldn't have made a good story if it was that easy!
About time, Superman's a dick.
Wow, looks like you can destroy matter.
Makes me want to watch all of the seasons again. This show kicked ass back when I watched it.
This EXACT THING happened to batman in the comics... well except that he was sent to the past by Darkseid.
Makes me wanna re-watch the series...
Wasn't that a little cheesy? I mean Wonderwoman just took the damn robot out with one blow, couldn't they just have done that right away?
It's called plot development.
I assume this isn't the end of the film?
It's called plot development.
That doesn't excuse anything. It just makes the plot stupid.
That doesn't excuse anything. It just makes the plot stupid.
True, though the same can be said about those shows where time and time again the hero has the ability to put a permanent end to the suffering caused by whatever nemesis he has, and yet, he always lets him go.
That doesn't excuse anything. It just makes the plot stupid.
Then the show would just be a minute long consisting of superman beating the shit out of a midget with a plastic head.
Damnit what happens next :(
It seems like the DC animated series' were some of the best shows on TV. I remember this episode so well.
Is't a guy know as "Doomsday" suppose to kill superman? that what I have heard.
Good, never really liked Superman
Is't a guy know as "Doomsday" suppose to kill superman? that what I have heard.
In the comics, yes.
Cool, never really liked Superman.
That doesn't excuse anything. It just makes the plot stupid.
Yeah what if superman flew into the projectile, and it somehow reacted and blew up the robot Then it picks up normally from 1:50 I think that would have worked better
I don't know about that. It's kinda nice to see Diana going all emotional.
