Oh god what
That was informative.
And then the non-shallow rebuttal by the japanese/whateverhernationalityis kicks his ass. :3:
They're speaking Japanese...even the subs are Japanese. I find it funny how the guy gets dealt in the end.
That's Japanese.
I wonder what TV show this was a part of... Though I suppose it wasn't necessarily a TV show...
ASS HOLE /c
it's japanese yes, but the guy yelling was korean I think (korean view) funny debate. is there more?
i am a korean and i agree to this i see my sisters ,brothers and even my mother being someone their not and without any creative ideas of there own having the same hair style and even trying to act and sound like the korean actors and singers. i have a more open mind with a better attitude so yeah i agree to this video if there is any fellow koreans that want to send me death messages well your wasting your time because hell i see a piece of toilet paper with words on it
Ah yes, I remember this video. Is it weird I understand the Japanese better than I do the English subtitles?
This a Korean Oprah show?
Wow, what jerks. Its like they never met women before.
Apparently this is quite a common view among people in Korea. Lots of girls get plastic surgery and stuff. Kinda tragic if it is true
Judging somebody on the way they look is like hating somebody for driving a different colour car. We're all excatly the same inside, our bodies are just vessels. I really don't get the problem. Somebody doesn't look the way you want them to. So what? Go look at somebody else, don't stand around hurting other people's feelings because you're uncomfortable or afraid of the way somebody looks. We all have the same thoughts, feelings, hopes, dreams and desires as everyone else and we consistently let this absolute bullshit get in the way of making our lifes better. It's videos like this that put my beliefs firmly back on the ground. I was raised to be loving, to accept people for who they are and to never judge on appearance. Seeing such a shallow, disrespectful and downright bloody rude display really makes me sick. What's so hard about looking past aesthetics and treating people like human beings and not objects that should be pretty and ornamental?
I work for a Korean clothing company, I'm pretty much the only white guy working there. My boss has this same outlook on the world. Very rude about how people look and quick to judge. Judgmental over any race that isn't Korean. They talk about their customers behind their backs just off of how they look. Now maybe I just work for a bunch of pricks, but this video and my experiences with this company don't impress my views of Korean ideals.
I don't understand why the Korean culture is so dependent on aesthetics... can someone who's natively Korean explain why?
America is just as bad with plastic surgery, my grandfather tried to get my mom to have surgery when she was a teenager. It's fucked up.
