it's funny because the thumbnail lures you in making you think it's just some idiot who reuploaded charlie bit me, while in reality it is images of 9/11.
unexpected things are sometimes funny. no matter how much you keep repeating it, the joke isn't 9/11, it's that you don't expect it to be 9/11. you could replace the 9/11 images with any tragedy and it would still have the same comedic value(regardless of whether or not you think it's funny).
also, get off your high horse. don't pretend like you haven't laughed at a joke that concerns someones death or something offensive. it's perfectly normal human behavior, it's called shock humour.
