I don't see why the hell anyone would blame the reporter. The girl touched it, and it fell. His hands didn't bump into anything.
Yeah it definetly didn't look as if he touched it at all from what I can tell. It seems before it fell she pushed it back a little bit on the bottom resulting in it tipping. That's probably why he was so casual about it, he knew he wasn't at fault.
