I have a coworker who has a VR room with the Vive, a good cable routing setup and the max space for the Lighthouse setup, and it is amazing to use.
Like everything else in the world it is a lot better when done carefully and to its maximum potential.
The types of bits of Jim go on too long. Same counts for this one. It went on 9 minutes too long.

In his battlefront review he was still bitching like a baby about origin like it was 2011

It was somewhat entertaining the first few times but it certainly does not deserve its own 9 minute long video.

Origin is still shit in 2017. I was forced to use it to play Titanfall 2 and the experience was so bad I stopped completely after finishing the campaign and never touched the multiplayer.

50% chance to crash every time I launch it, crashing when it tries updating itself or a game, updating at a fraction of my internet speed, forgetting my login details despite telling it to save them and log me in automatically on launch, etc
It's functionally a complete fucking mess that feels like beta software

for me, origin has been the most stable game platform i've installed, on par with GOG galaxy, and better than steam. can't expect all software to work the same with everyone, though

Must be a personal issue I've never had these, only the occasional overlay crash.
The UI could definitely use some work but as a game platform it does a lot of things better imo
