Basically, Criken got a WoW community event together. 2,000+ Level 1 Tauren ran from the starting camp to a major Alliance city.

I love how Criken is able to get people together to do crazy shit [and actually have them cooperate], and be funny at the same time.
Don't know if I should play this game again and get membership... I am lvl 10 or the cap limit for the free one.

Bro Team took part in the Stampede, but he got left behind at the second area because he got lost, and was teleported by one of the Tauren to the base of the Ironforge mountain.

Da Xing does commercial voiceovers, hence the voice and microphone.
I'm pretty sure Swifty got banned for an exact same reason when he caused a WoW server to crash due to the heavy load.
He got unbanned eventually though.

i remember back in vanilla when one of the servers, Alleria, went down, everyone decided right before it went down to go to another server, we all created new orcs and trolls and then marched from the orc/troll starting area all the way to UC, don't remember where we went after that
we had a few hundred and gained even more along the way, i've heard of lots of other similar stories

eve's servers handle this on a daily basis, take a look around Jita or just relax in a thousand man engagement.
this couldn't be done in eve though, too many smartbomb (AOE attacks) fitted battleships would show up for sure and good luck finding 2000 people who don't want to kill each other or criken

Actually, I'm pretty sure he just cruised around random teamspeak or mumble servers (still does iirc) and just chatted with whoever was there, and make friends instantly with his awesome voice. I think one of my friends mentioned that he showed up in his server one time and just talked with them for an hour. One day he ended up going into Criken's, and they gave him the server info for Dead Island.
