Oh no. I was late. My bad.
the part with the tables and chairs was really cool
Holy fuck is it well made. If I was there I'd totally shit my pants.
This definitely got me curious about the movie
Carrie? They're remaking that Steven King movie?
Chronicle sequel?
They could have done better without the scream though.
Always one person filming something with a smartphone.
I wonder if her perspective is anywhere online.
Sounds like the lifting the person part has a loud ass machine in the background.
I'm most people were just too astounded at first to notice.
That scream physically pained me to hear. Though to be honest I didn't think that a well-made prank did very well at selling me on a horror movie.
You do know everyone there is a paid actor right?
That black wire is so obvious...

Watching it back, some of the reactions do look a bit artificial. I reckon some of them are genuine though.
I thought this was about a coffee shop, not a coffee shop

The original will always be the better one, as well as the book.
The remake doesn't look all that great. They dropped a lot of references from the book, that made it relatively unique to other movies.
This will just be another movie like Chronicle.

What.
The movie isn't even out yet, so how can you tell.

The people sitting down I think. The people paying aren't.

There was a fucking construction worker in there with all of his safety gear on and a pole
I just watched the original not too long ago. Such a good movie. I hope they don't ruin the remake.

He can take her.
Used to walk by this place every day. Never went in, though.

I saw in the other thread. I still think some of the people are genuine with some actors dotted around to make the reaction seem bigger.
That black wire is so obvious...
From that camera angle, yeah. The people seeing it were seeing the dude from straight on, the wire would be obstructed by the guy to them.
If they made some fake people explode at the end were she screams...that would be traumatising.
is carrie that movie that starts off with a bunch of naked girls in showers?
So, this is how people would react if people do have superpowers
The people around the "Carrie" are the actors, because they cant have normal people around rigged tables, they could get hurt and press charges obviously, so it's mostly the people at the cashier who aren't in on it.
The scream part was eh they should have had the shit fly off the walls instead of just fall.
This was fine until I saw it was for a movie. Then I realized that's it's probably all staged, including "customers"
