• CNN might have staged a fake interview with a former cameraman at a Anti-Trump rally.

Been spreading around. Basically at around :56 Don Lemon refers (freudian slip perhaps) to "John" as someone who was a former cameraman he knows. (I also meant to put this in the video section if a mod could move it.)

Can't wait for this cry baby crap to stop.
So what, they staged a interview without looking into what he did for CNN at all or telling Don Lemon that they were doing this? All for a single minute of coverage on a night where it's practically preaching to the choir? What's the incentive to actually stage it

All for a single minute of coverage on a night where it's practically preaching to the choir? What's the incentive to actually stage it
Well, the clip has already gone viral and shown up in my feed numerous times, and it's a nice rallying cry to incite more unrest and protests in the street by giving people a nice well spoken representative of the cause to rally behind. It's kind of par for the course for CNN this election cycle to stir up shit and be ridiculously deceptive in order to stoke riots. [editline]11th November 2016[/editline] I mean, not to get too internet detective, but it's almost common sense how fake this dude is. I had my doubts the first time I saw the video. Virtually nobody gets on TV and just suddenly has a perfect speech prepared from start to finish with no hiccups. It's even complete with the race baiting, talking about how his vote counts for 3/5ths, like, what the fuck? If this guy is legit then he is the greatest street preacher in all of history for conjuring up this "passionate" rhetoric on the spot.
if this was to somehow be found out to be staged, could cnn be held responsible in anyway, like they're inciting protests and potential violence? or its it too arbitrary

IMO it feels more like a coincidence than anything else. Besides I don't see why they would stage this in particular when they could easily find a real person like him.
The way he was talking seemed really artificial, like he was trying to sound enthusiastic but failing. That said, I can't imagine they would have to go out of their way to stage an interview like this when literally thousands of people across the country are making the same point. Seems pointless.

Just a coincidence Just a coincidence Just a coincidence Funny how they always get cut off the exact moment when they go against CNN narratives. Lets not forget the time they edited the Charlotte police shooting to make it look unjustified or when they edited an interview with a shooting victim's family member when she demands protesters/rioters to burn down white suburbs instead of black neighborhoods to keep the narrative of peaceful protesters doing nothing wrong: Unedited version: https://twitter.com/DeeconX/status/765016547353964544 Than the narrator Madison Park straight up said that the same women was calling for peace and CNN showed the same video without the part where she blantly tells people to get violent and burn shit down. Painting a false narrative makes addressing the problem impossible. Politicians and the media believe they can socially engineer change by lying and being deceitful. All this does is invalidate the real experiences people are having, which leads to further frustration and violence.
