There's actually a setting in Sony Vegas that if you hit + it increases pitch and if you hit - it Lowers pitch.
it's super easy to make videos like this because of it. only thing you have to worry about is timing and how the pitch sounds

Betus Blues is one of my favorites, also with Ballad of the Burning Squirrel. It hurts me that someone would rape that song like that.
