When America has an election, for a whole year the internet turns into the biggest shitstorm.
"Excuse me, did you say you hate vaporwave?" :v:
"practicing intolerance" pfff [editline]11th June 2016[/editline] THEY SUDDENLY START CHANTING USA everything about this video is great
Everyone in the video are such smug pieces of shit, good Christ
When America has an election, for a whole year the internet turns into the biggest shitstorm.
Its kinda funny that elections happen every 4 years because the internet's role on daily life/news/society dramatically changes in that time span. Interesting that Bill Clinton's "Town Hall" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Town_Hall_with_President_Clinton) happened in 1999. Shit has changed a lot since then.
It's pretty clear nobody actually knows what they're even talking about when they can't make concise political points and just begin to belittle each other.
When she bought up Robert Frost, Mending Wall was the first thing that popped into my head. How could she walk right into that?:goodjob:
"Do ye want another potato famine?" This video is beautiful [editline]11th June 2016[/editline] *Vaporwave starts playing*

What a time we live in.
the skull bandanna @ 9:25 though
My favourite thing was how she was like "HAH. DO YOU EVEN KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO GET HERE LEGALLY FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY?" and one of them says "Yes, actually, I did" and she goes "HA. WELL THERE YOU GO." v:v:v???? [sp]mr. cookie pointed out below i misheard them over the shouting[/sp]
Why did her pink piece of paper have so much words on it I mean doesn't it defeat the purpose of a sign when you write a fuckin novel on it
America is well and truly, fucked.
It's killing me how much that guy looks like Bobby Moynihan
Why did her pink piece of paper have so much words on it I mean doesn't it defeat the purpose of a sign when you write a fuckin novel on it
it's a poem actually
My favourite thing was how she was like "HAH.
It's not really a fair question to ask since America has such a fucked up immigration system compared to the rest of the world that it can take up to a decade to immigrate.
It's not necessarily that I don't even see her point, it's just the ridiculous way the conversation played out. The guy technically rebutted her point, and she continued talking like she had ear plugs in and assumed whatever she said worked out in her favour. Really it's the best summary there is of the election so far, 2 sides screaming loudly at each other without really listening to what the other has to say at all :v:
Well, actually he says that he tried, and that he was unsuccessful.
Did they say unsuccessful then? I heard successful but it was kinda hard with all the shouting
Did they say unsuccessful then? I heard successful but i was kinda hard with all the shouting
The guy says "I have... legally... in Germany, I was not successful."
The guy says "I have... legally... in Germany, I was not successful."
Yeah I definitely heard it wrong, and reading my last post again, that is a pretty hilarious typo. Reaaaaaally sick right now, I swear there is no hardness related to shouting. Maybe I should be changing the analogy in my last post from "without really listening to what the other side has to say" to "misunderstanding what the other side's about"? In any case, I don't disagree about the immigration stuff really, it can be really hard
America is well and truly, fucked.
university tards like these are not as influential or as prominent as the internet would have you believe
I feel like we're living in an snl or mad tv sketch considering this election.
I feel like we're living in an snl or mad tv sketch considering this election.
Whenever the world becomes like an onion article yet in a gruesome way, it is a sign that winter is coming.
Holy shit, this is my campus. I can't watch the video at the moment, but let me guess: is it about a cluster of Trump supporters interacting with a cluster of rabid radical leftists? There was a "Trump rally" on campus a few months ago that consisted of like 10-15 neckbeards and they got swarmed by sixty radical lefties, which pretty accurately describes the proportion of their representation on campus. The whole place is extremely liberal, but it's Portland, so maybe that's to be expected?
but it's Portland, so maybe that's to be expected?
Ah, Portland. Where the young go to retire.
I feel like we're living in an snl or mad tv sketch considering this election.
That would explain why Bobby Moynihan is in this video
Can you imagine if people came in to bernie or Clinton rallies and did this shit. For fucks sake let people have their own opinions and top coming in and starting shit
I feel like we're living in an snl or mad tv sketch considering this election.
More an episode of the Simpsons, and we're Frank Grimes.
