Blood looks fake. So for now, i'd say.. fake, also his reaction was a little odd.

Too much blood for that injury I think. Also it looks a bit bright. It should be much darker when it dried.
Knowing that he is filming a zombie movie at the moment makes me think it is fake. But on the other hand it looks pretty real.

Head wounds bleed like hell, so it gushing out like that could happen if the glass got deep enough into him.

I was going to post this but I think there's something in the rules against videos of this sort ...
Poor guy, she uploaded it so that no one would be asking why he doesn't upload videos for a while.
If this turns out to be some kind of safety PSA or stunt I can't say I'll be amused.

It wasn't the glass, the metallic ball bounced off and opened his skull.
It wasn't glass, it was a 20mm steel ball, the thing he always fires.

Its obviously setup guys, simple math & physics equations can discern this as fake.
Christ I honestly can't tell if its fake. Though he is making a movie soon so it could just be an "effects test" or something.
But yeah, something about how the camera fell pointing just at the wound and his wife doesn't sound super concerned makes me think fake. And if its not, hope you are ok Joerg D:

I used to know Jörg personally when he first started to upload videos, but we have not talked for a while. I'd be really sad if he really was hurt, but I'm convinced this is a fake to prelude his zombie movie.

I'm not sure what happened. It seems like the ricochet has the force as the original ball had. Wood is a fairly soft material, so even if he has hit it the ball shouldn't have bounced off like that. And If I'm remembering physics classes right, the angle of the ricochet isn't quite possible either.
Then again, I'm not physicist.
I say fake and now I wait.
Fake because if it was real, he would't be sitting down on the wall with homemade bandages, he would be in the hospital.
Also the jump cut.
If one ball bearing didn't have the force to go through a plastic bottle fully, then the other didn't have the force to go through a glass one and bonce back at the speed it did.
Although I should add, I'm pretty sure that's not how a fresh wound of a blunt projectile looks like.
If I was to bet, I'd say hoax.
AFAIK this guy is a big zombie movie fan, so he might have some history in the necessary makeup.

I really hope it isn't real. And if not, I hope he'll be okay.
