Daemon: A 2 hour documentary about a cyberpunk, augmented reality game and gallery show

About a year ago, I got an experimental game project funded through Kickstarter to run an Augmented Reality LARP and a glitch art gallery show. After months of editing and glitching and 3D modeling, this is a documentary about the making and playing of it. I really hope you guys enjoy it.

Oh, and feel free to ask me anything.
Do you think AR games are the future of interactive media and video games in general? Do you think that something like this could work on a more widescale and longterm level?

I wouldn't say they're necessarily the future, there will always be a place for traditional games, like how boardgames coexist with videogames and so on, but I do think they will grow to occupy a larger space in the collective culture of games.
As far as scaling this up, definitely. Imo, Pokemon Go really squandered it's own potential, it made headlines and used some really awesome GPS tech that was developed initially in Ingress, when it could've been much more. The AR I felt was really weak, but they were really rushing it out as a cashgrab. I think if I can do this on a shoestring budget, a mega corporation like Disney or Google could do more. I think they don't really understand it tho, because they're so massive they're unwilling to experiment like this.
That being said, Disney is starting to move into the LARP space. Google it, but they have been getting more immersive with actors that roleplay characters in the new Avatar park that explain all the flora and fauna, and on the Star Wars cruise it's supposed to all be in-character. This will become more mainstream over time, I'm certain of it.
