I think that's some kind of video motion blur plugin.
Never ceases to amaze me the things people come up with like this.
An impressive trick for sure but likely not one you could repeat or use against better pilots. Because height advantage is so huge in a dogfight, most players who genuinely fly jets won't hug the deck to kill him and instead stay high and shoot as he came up.
Again though, awesome video. Reminds me of classic BF1942/BF2 shenanigans.

I call it totally rigged. The first jet would have been blown up ages ago if the jet behind kept that distance and trajectory, while shooting his ass.

Next time put the C4 under an LAV and do it a little higher so the LAV will kill it and not the explosion
