I prefer nexusmods just for convenience. They support so many different games.
I prefer nexusmods just for convenience. They support so many different games.
they're mainly pushing mods for consoles with this video though, which is kind of a huge deal in many regards.
is this the first game on consoles to officially support modification?
I desperately want mods for Fallout 4 like Fallout Wanderer's Edition and the Mutant Mod for FO3 where you can combine them so shit is just popping off EVERYWHERE.

Video of what I'm talking about. Fallout 3 as directed by Michael Bay.
New quests for preston and Horse Armor at last. What was dat big walker thing tho.
thank fucking god they have a load order button right on the main menu
Ehhh I can already tell that interface is going to be fucking terrible for searching for mods when their are 100,000+ and seems like more of a way to deter piracy since you have to login.

Nope, that's an actual mod. Makes you fart at random, causing nearby NPCs to aggro/run away from you. Seriously.

It was made by FancyPants, if you remember his old Gmod videos back in the day.
Mod was made by the guy who brought us this masterpiece in Skyrim. [t]http://i.imgur.com/h1o4Gzw.jpg[/t] https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/5518/? Edit: Seems to be a follow up mod from his Skyrim one.
I love the fact that one of the mods they showcased was the Horse Armor. Also, that pipboy game looked awfully familiar.
We need Macho Man Randy Savage Power Armor now.
Definitely cool that consoles are getting mods now, just a shame they won't be getting some of the cooler mods that PC players get due to things like script extenders. Not to mention I doubt the Xbone or PS4 can handle high res texture and shader mods all that well. Still, it's nice to have, and I'm excited just at the prospect of a console player playing Fallout 4 with an awesome overhaul mod.
Thank Christ its a flat out 64 bit version of the GECK, I remember back in the FO3 days when it was unstable as fuck.
is this the first game on consoles to officially support modification?
Unreal Tournament 3 on the PS3 supported mods
Any detail info on what is actually supported by consoles? Just replacement models/texture/sounds? I guess deeper going mods that change physics (like in skyrim) won't work.
PLEASE HAVE FLYCAM, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD Moving with the weird shift+mouse combo makes it literally impossible to line up edges or place objects accurately BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO PERCEPTION

I can't imagine doing that on consoles
Wait, what was the custom Pip-boy game that looked like megaman?
Wait, what was the custom Pit-boy game that looked like megaman?
Pip Boy
Pip Boy
I don't remember Pip-Fall having platforming like that, and the video was showing off mods.
I wonder if it'll work like Mod Organizer. I like how it keeps mods separate so you didn't have to overwrite anything.
this is probably going to result in people cracking the xbone/ps4 and it's gonna be hillarious
