There was supposed to be a meteor shower last night here, I didn't see a single one :smith:
I was going to take pictures and everything.
This is a bit old. But cool because i live in Edmonton. I was actually living in Wainwright Alberta when this happened. It was found about 40km outside of Wainwright. The light was so bright, it made the sky go from night to day. Was pretty weird. Some kid found it in the middle of a lake, he got like $50,000 for it.

i'll try and find the local news article about the kid that found it.
The only thing I saw last night was one tiny little speck that stayed in the sky for about 2 seconds.

Same, fuck there was supposed to be 1 a minute where i lived, but no i guess clouds decided to just come over and fuck shit up.
I live in Edmonton and unfortunately missed it when it happened.
i live in leduc and saw only what looked like lightining :(
