looks pretty good
oh god no
Looks dumb.
oh yeah this is the movie that basically is a giant shitpost about the whole privilege shit
apparently its a series now. ok then.
the movie is on amazon prime if you have that. im guessing this just stretches the movie into a multi-ep series.
Guess the movie made good numbers
If I manage to get a laugh out of it sure thing.
Oh dear, I'm not looking forward to all the outrage about this...
I wonder if Trump supporters are gonna boycott Netflix the same way they boycott other things.
Great. My mom will probably cancel our Netflix subscription when she sees this.
Oh boy
I'm gonna find people whining about this show more entertaining than the actual show tbh
Don't be too quick to judge, the movie makes fun of Black Empowerment Culture almost as much as it does White Privilege culture.
The character speaking in this trailer is not representative of the tone of the movie.

yeah which is why i like to call it a giant shitpost about race privilege.
everyone is made fun of in the movie. even the people who judge this series based on a 2 minute trailer. it's proper satire and is how you should do satire like this instead of going pure "white people amirite" or "black people amirite".
*facepalm*
I can see this going over like a lead anchor in 2-methyl butane seas
Based on the acclaimed indie film, this series satirizes "post-racial" America as students of color navigate a predominantly white Ivy League college.
:vomit:
I only Hope Netflix knwo what they are doing
wait this is for real?
did the MTV News video ratings not make it clear people are not very receptive to something titled as this?
seems pretty risky, considering people may dismiss it just based on the title
Gonna toke up and watch this for a good laugh.
I actually really enjoyed the movie to be honest! I thought it was an interesting look on race especially the conflict of the main character who while fighting against "white privileged" was also ostracized by other black folk for being "Too White".
I'm not sure why they bothered to turn it into a series. It looks like it's going to follow the same plot from the movie.
And just saying, the movie also satirizes being overly-concerned with privilege and politics. One primary character's arc is about calming down and just being yourself. The movie isn't just "SJW" stuff but most upset people didn't see it or do any digging into it.

Wtf are you vomiting about there? I genuinely don't see what's wrong with that description.
A Post-Racial society is one where there is no longer any social boundaries with regards to race. Putting it in quotations is putting the idea that America is "post-racial" into question.
What do you have an issue with?

I just want to know what he has an issue with. I think he may be confused as to what "post-racial" means. Thats all!
:)
Now just imagine a show called Dear Black People, or dear Asians.
In fact, we should have those shows, now that would be true equality.
Hulu is better anyways.
Okay, so, is this a comedy mocking the whole stupid "white privilege" thing or this being for realsies. I cannot tell.
don't judge a book by it's cover folks

but judge and generalize all white people
Also, this show really shouldn't have been made in such a divided time, or at all really, it's really not going to help heal the already strenuous relationship Americans of various colours have with each other and will only further increase racism on both sides.
