All I see is the Moldova song from 2010, the song in the background was a candidate for the 2011 song to be sent there, but as you all know the country sent those crazy dudes.

We did it mostly as a joke because we had grown so used to not winning it (you used to say "when Finland wins the Eurovision" instead of "when the hell freezes over" here before this) we decided to put the most corny terrible band ever as our representative pretty much for shits and giggles:

Everyone knows that Eurovision is shit, although it can be amusing.
It's more about politics than liking the song when voting.
That was better than i expected. Eurovision is terrible most of the time.

I like to think that Lordi won because they give out a very accurate picture of a typical finnish man.
the songs i like never win :< , did love lordi though i think thats the only exception.

SATW comics give a good picture of what a finnish man is like. On another note, Lordi ain't bad. It's actually much better than most hard rock and it fucks up Power Metal pretty hard with the possible exception of Rhapsody of Fire... Because they've got Christopher Lee.

Eurovision is pretty poor nowadays.
Eastern Europe all vote for eachother, and since that's where most of the countries are they have a higher chance of winning.
I'm sad that I'm the only American I know who knows of or cares about Eurovision. I always watch the finals.
