Well she's played by Merle Dandridge, so she'll likely sound like Alyx or Legion Commander.
Also, "taming" the Year Beast sounds like it might involve fighting it to turn it against the enemy team. Anyone play the Strife "MOBA", with the giant monkey creep whose handler you kill and then send barrelling down the lane? Well, hopefully this year's Year Beast event may be something like that.
Either that or it's like a tug-of-war thing, where the two teams fight for its interest with impressive displays.

The exact same video was uploaded earlier on a nobody channel yesterday/two days ago, so I think it's a trailer made by the community. Also if going off of last years New Bloom, it is a community driven event.

It was only on a nobody channel because it was first revealed live at the Dota Asia Championships and on the stream from which somebody grabbed it.
