This channel popped up on my recommendations a week ago. It's awesome. His commentary while he cooks is funny and soothing.

Made this guys Goodfella's Prison Sauce, followed it to the T, down to the expensive as hell San Marzano tomatoes. Easily the best red sauce I've ever had.
