So damn complex.
that is one awesome burger.
That looks incredible.
I just want a cheeseburger. I don't need some fancy "Burger of the Future."
Tasty
Yeah, it takes me 3 days to prepare my burgers too. :smith:
that's the most fanciest/delicious burger iv've ever seen...
The preparation made it seem awesome, but the end product was a bit underwhelming.
Looks tasty, probably costs a fortune though. I bet the quality would get reamed if it were "fast-foodified" though.
Dude that thing looks like shit.
I would not eat it.
Especially with all the powders and shit he threw it in / oils he fried it with.

What? Bacon, pickles, meat'n cheese with seasoning and great taste - whats not to like? It's not about the looks.
I guess your name really tells me about yourself.
Sodium alginate - Thickener. Comes naturally from Algae.
Calcium Lactate - Alternative baking powder, the calcium salt of Lactic acid.
That powder at the beginning - Meat tenderizer.
Meanwhile your average MacDonalds cheeseburger is artificial substances and corn syrup
Did he jelly the sauce..... epic :D
Why didn't he use actual burger buns? A burger with regular bread seems kinda odd.
The guys face at the end when he took a bite out of it made me think it tasted meh.
That doesn't even look tasty. :ohdear:
I am wondering what that tastes like.
And I gotta say, my mouth watered when the sauce spilled out when he cut it.
I have that silicon slip mat in the beginning that he uses to cook the bacon.
Geometric =/= futuristic. I was expecting him to go somewhere with all of the additives, like a vitamin and nutrient-stuffed microburger. Like he was attempting to maximize nutrition while minimizing size and unhealthy substances.
Still neat to see the process though.
