Islamophobia exists because of Wahhabism and the fact that radicalism is extremely mainstream, along with the Saudi's exporting it and paying terrorists in many countries. Completely blame Saudi Arabia and their fucking doctrines.
Wahhabism and those who fund terrorist organizations, along with the causers of 9/11 are Saudis. Blame Saudi Arabia and do something about Wahabbism, not just fucking say stop being islamophobic. People are for a reason, but there needs to be awareness on Wahabbism and the fact is, other muslims hate it since it's given the cause a bad name.
Islamophobia exists and hurts a lot of muslims, they're viewed as a "sleeping agents" and "potential terrorists". Worse still, is that not just muslims, but ANYONE with brown skin. It is a problem indeed. People should be educated to separate different things. Somehow people separate Germans from nazis, so it shouldn't be impossible.
At the same time, islamism should also be fought, discouraged and exposed for what it is: hateful political and racial ideology based loosely on religion of Islam. Islamist preachers should be banned from entering western countries with their hate. Islamism should be isolated, not respected as a valid religious concept and allowed to spread around freely. Treat it like nazism, harmful, hateful political ideology which includes, but isn't limited to genocide, religious cleansing, violence and hate towards everything that's not part of itself.

As much as I would love that, you can't just say "Fuck free speech" and ban Islam, we should be exposing it for what it is but not outlawing it.

Not Islam, again. Islam is a religion. And I don't even say ban the [i]islamism[/i] (radical [b]political[/b] movements like Wahhabism and the like) entirely. You can't really do that without driving them into the underground, which is worse. Cultural isolation is a much better thing.

There're so many people being denied the ability to immigrate, and yet these... subjects are allowed in by a lot of countries. That shouldn't happen.

Oh, sorry I read your post all wrong. Religion should have no place in politics regardless of what religion it is anyway.
I get stopped at airports all the tome because I have the same name as one of the 9/11 bombers and coincidently it happened two months after I moved to New York.
