Raising your voice isn't inherently funny. There still has to be a joke (like when he said "cleaning always puts me in a good mood" while still being audibly angry: that is a joke) but most of it had no punchline. It was just a guy shouting.

It's the delivery. If you reduce all funny things down then they all sound lame. It's just a dude talking on a stage about his weird experiences, I don't get it. It's a superhero movie about a kid who farts a lot, what's the big deal?
