I'm pretty sure this is on the Garden State Parkway. State Troopers are notorious for doing shit like this. Plus the area looks a lot like North Jersey.

In my experience NJ drivers are the worst. If I see a person driving around here with NJ plates, they will 9 out of 10 times be terrible drivers.

I'm in philadelphia and whenever you see a guy with nj plates on I-95 he's immediately singled out and people tend to distance themselves from them because they are pull dick moves like merging lanes late.
Do any other states just give people a test, make sure they score an 80 or better and say you're good to drive after a few months of practice?
