Would have been nice if he mentioned that The Stetchkov Syndicate actually had a plot, even if it is a little thin, and covered some more of the features it added, but otherwise a good video.
The best addition of the expansion pack was being able to just punch civilians in the jaw to calm them the fuck down
I loved Swat 3 and Swat 4 so much I'm getting this as soon as I can

But blasting them in the face with a beanbag is just as satisfying.

i prefer a bullet to the leg tbh
The good news is that we even have a thread for the game: https://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1550791
Please don't play it without the Elite Force mod, it fixes a bunch of issues and bugs on top of adding a lot of cut features like traps. It also combines the expansion with the base game to make one big campaign.
I dunno, I disagree with a lot of his points. It's visible that he isn't completely aware of how to play (He has always run turned on for one, which is why he can't aim for dick) and he makes a lot of complaints along the lines of "I know this is realistic, but this is a game" but in a lot of ways the realism is the point in Swat 4.
Your job as a cop is to get people out alive-if-possible while knowing that any single person could kill or heavily wound you in a split second, it'd just lose some of its character and personality if the game allowed you to gun down all armed suspects at your leisure with no penalty. It'd just be another tactical shooter, not Swat. Don't really mind the penalties for getting shot in the limbs either for similar reasons, it adds an interesting depth particularly in multiplayer where you have to account for squadmates who may be alive but have had their usefulness hampered by damage.
The one thing I might lend him is that I'm not sure I agree with how the game deducts points for justified killings, but even then that's only a problem if you need the perfect score. It's entirely possible to play with lethal weapons while following the rules of engagement and still both win and get a very respectable score.
