He's right, I can't stand those "Framily" commercials and those goddamn map charts that don't mean anything.
This man was good. Best ceo ever.

Some people were saying how unprofessional these remarks were. And I agree, since when does his job description as CEO include "telling it as it is"? E: I'm in support of this guy geezus

He's allowed to be a human being with opinions even if he's a CEO.
Best CEO ever. This makes me proud that I have T-mobile
exactly someone should fire him for not shamelessly lying or dressing up garbage
Who would ever had though that the best way of advertising is relating to your customers?
It's a shame that T-Mobile's service is still really poor in a lot of areas of the country, I'd love to use them if they had better coverage in my area
ya ya, he's right, what he said is true, it's also true that t-mobile is still a company like any other that wants to make bank and this is a character the CEO uses to appeal to people and obviously it works
It's a shame that T-Mobile's service is still really poor in a lot of areas of the country, I'd love to use them if they had better coverage in my area
Same. T-Mobile's great in cities but drops out petty badly in rural areas. However, I've heard that's mostly because AT&T/Verizon have taken over most of the rural areas, so it's not T-Mobile's fault.
ya ya, he's right, what he said is true, it's also true that t-mobile is still a company like any other that wants to make bank and this is a character the CEO uses to appeal to people and obviously it works
The difference is that T-Mobile backs up words with actions so with this principle I honestly couldn't give a shit
I pay for all my families phones, if my mom lived in an area that offered tmobile and my father wasn't a trucker that actually needs coverage then I wouldn't hesitate to switch today.
I should switch to T-Mobile...
ya ya, he's right, what he said is true, it's also true that t-mobile is still a company like any other that wants to make bank and this is a character the CEO uses to appeal to people and obviously it works
As consumers it is our job to take advantage of certain situations developed out of company competition. I love this shit. T mobile is actively going against huge companies that have been known for being pieces of shit. And at the same time, they're providing me with everything that I want in a service provider. This is why I enjoy capitalism. I fucking love this country
Part of the reason why T-mobile is so cheap and so much better is because their coverage is so much more worse. I bet if t-mobile had the same size network as Verizon and AT&T they would not be doing the things they are currently doing to make them seem like the saviors of the bullshit cell phone industry. That said, this is kind of smart - T-mobile doesn't have good coverage outside of cities and suburbs. But it generally has excellent coverage in these areas, and most people in the US (and in the first world) live in urban or suburban zones. I would gladly pay stupid cheap prices for excellent data plans at the cost of having to listen to my local music collection when driving through the country between cities. Most of my time is going to be spent in a semi-urban enviornment where I'll get good data coverage. The moments where I'm not, tend to be times where I don't need data or don't want data (i.e. visiting a national park). So why pay double for worse service just to have the convenience of having that data plan everywhere?
I'm on T-Mobile and here in the UK, they've been fantastic. My family and I have never had a problem with them.
It's a shame that T-Mobile's service is still really poor in a lot of areas of the country, I'd love to use them if they had better coverage in my area
They have a 2G tower in my area, which sucks, but a 4G tower not too far off. I live in a pretty small town, though the population varries by a million on a week by week basis. So far I've nothing but nice things to say about the service itself when it comes to phone calls and texting, and I use my Wifi for internet more than the 5Gb of Data they allot me. T-Mobile and Netflix are the two big ass corporations that I have any respect for now days And though people say T-Mobile's coverage is poor, it's really not all that bad by any means [img_thumb]http://images.dailytech.com/nimage/T_Mobile_Coverage_4G_LTE_Wide.png[/img_thumb] And this is 4G LTE coverage
Now this I like [t]http://i.imgur.com/ZUhYK2V.png[/t] A company who interacts with their customers, even on videos that aren't their own. T-Mobile looks so goddamn chill. I sincerely wish we had them over here in Sweden. I'd switch in a heartbeat.
