honestly converting a PK to take magazines seems like a downgrade from a belt feed
ironically on the other hand though, North Korea uses RP-46s which are basically the Soviet WWII DP machine guns that feed off a belt instead of pan magazines

Also, Those can be belt fed, too, I think, without any modifications to it. We have a gun that does the same thing, the M249. Can be belt fed or magazine fed. I always thought the designs to be able to do that are pretty amazing
Kind of pointless as it's full auto only and goes through 30 rounds in about 0.9 seconds, but it's there for a pinch
