I'm not really a fan of them being called Epic in any sense other than the definition being 'large, momentous, cataclysmic, etc.'
It's just one hell of a compilation of heavy machinery failing and how it can do so, despite any of our standing illusions of larger objects being more permanent.

For some miraculous reason, nobody was injured.
Amazing how many of these are caused by them trying to lift more than what the crane is allowed to, the one that bent the piston lifting the boat is a good example.
Weight, Leverage, and bracing. We may have forgotten one of more of these while using the crane.

I've always found fail compilations to be more informative than funny. Either I find out I knew what was going to happen and end up feeling good about my foresight or I end up surprised and learning what to look out for.

I really have to wonder who thought this was a good idea in the first place, even with all that support on the crane basis, you're limited to the comparatively shitty stability of a barge.
