New song! Loving the strings!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I hope we can expect more orchestral-like stuff out of the rest of the album, this sound kicks ass. Especially compared to TKOL Also seriously hoping Identikit made it onto this album, the live version of that song is incredible
Thom Yorke's voice is as structurally destructive as ever, the beams holding up my apartment barely survived. This felt really good.
Not sure how to feel about this one. Sounds like a Hail to the Thief B-side (probably because it may have been one at some point). Maybe it's a grower.
Cant wait to listen to it on my sound system at home :3
Good lord those strings are so good. I hope the new album has a lot more of this orchestral stuff. Also I love this adorable 80's kids stop motion show rendition of the wicker man.

Digging the strings, but not the progression of Thom's vocals unfortunately - sounds reminiscent of an uninspired Hail to the Thief track. Edit: Mixed with Amnesiac.
I'm fairly certain this was one of the songs that was cut a long time ago. In any case, the strings are really nice.
Cut song or no, it's fantastic
Like the arrangement, will agree that Yorke's vocals are most likely to be the hit or miss thing. Listened to Kid A again yesterday and I still think they can get away with weirder breakdowns and stuff within these slightly more straightforward songs.
The stop motion reminds me of There There's video somehow.
First time I watched it I just got so distracted by the video I barely even registered the song.
fuckin love radiohead this is so sick and i cant wait for the new album im so wet <3
Not even a fan of Radiohead but this song is amazing.
The stop motion reminds me of There There's video somehow.
The video is directed by the same guy
I actually felt relieved [sp]the inspector got out of it alive[/sp] :v:
I'm relieved the song isn't bad. Too many times do older bands put out new songs that just aren't good. This on the other hand is fucking great.
God damn it Radiohead you've done it again.
tbh when radiohead started their arg sort of stuff i expected a mediocre song, but this proves otherwise
Damn, Thom's voice still sounds as good as it did 10,15, and 20 years ago.
he gets away because he's a witch, in old school stories witches didn't burn hence 'burn the witch'
I don't know why some people are trashing this song in the comments, but I instantly love it. Lets hope LP9 is on par with In Rainbows.
First time listener of Radiohead and dare I say I'm sold
Gave it a few more listens, I think the chorus is probably the weakest part. I'm warming up to it though. [editline]3rd May 2016[/editline] If it wasn't for the song title, I could barely make out what Thom is singing in the chorus. "BUUUUURRRDWAAAAAAIIIIIIITCH"
the animation is excellent but as a radiohead tune, the song is completely underwhelming. yorke's vocals are the only thing that really justify this single in my eyes. sounds like something better suited to track 9 or 10 of the album. catchy title though.

[editline]3rd May 2016[/editline] I'm a sucker for Thom's voice too and this song really gives me an Exit Music feel
