I think I'll stick to a punch in the face for now.
The best defense? Call him out. Embarrass him in front of his cohorts and fellow "businessmen". Ask him why the fuck he yanked your arm, complain that he pulled a muscle in your shoulder, etc. Make a big deal out of it. All it is is a power play on his part, so reverse the role and take control of the situation. The fact he has to compensate during a handshake, that alone speaks volume about his insecurities and lack of character.

As it has been foretold by the village elders you must embark on a mighty pilgrimage to the temple of the sun atop the highest mountain where you will spend eight years training before your pilgrimage continues to the temple of the moon. It is here, atop the coldest mountain, that you will truly begin to understand the flow of the hand-chi. You will train for another 30 years at least before the secrets of the chi unlock themselves to you. It is then that you are ready. You will deliver a counter-shake so aggressive and powerful that it will bring any man to his knees before you. I mean, that or just do that hand wiggle thing that wriggles the bone of the lower hand that connects to the small finger or whatever. That hurts like a bitch.

Really you just do what Trudeau did and don't let him yank
