Look at the guy, he IS a nasty bacterial infection.
Usually anything that grows larger than the usual pimple should atleast be looked at by a doctor. If this is a cyst, the cyst sack has to me removed, or it will reoccur over and over again.

Well you have to be pretty weird to film someone popping a zit in the first place.
I had the same thing, but on my stomach. It actually only took a few days to get about the same size as the one in the OP. I didn't even have time to realize what it was until it was that big. Shit hurt like a mother fucker and I ended up having to get it cut open at the hospital because it was to hard to pop. FYI the medical term for it is an abscess (aka a boil)
