Reminds me so much of the car incident I was in recently. Me and some other guy were backing up at the same time in a Zaxby's parking lot and at maybe less than half a mile per hour we bumped bumpers. You literally cannot find a scratch on my car but his bumper was caved in on the corner. The guy was young and even though he was okay, his mom made the whole situation a pain in the ass. Nobody wanted to go through insurance but she kept going to the most expensive body shop she could find for a repair quote and would NOT get a quote of the repair work from any other place around. She made it so difficult that we were pretty much forced to go through with insurance.
This is why you always try and get sworn statements especially if you have police and para's on the scene, or at least a dashcam if you can. The Catch 22 is whiplash and such can only come on a few days after an accident.

How the hell can you successfully sue for money for injuries when you had two small children with you who were so fragile a fall could kill them and both come out of the accident just fine? Did no one's red light get flagged for bullshit or what
but his bumper was caved in on the corner.
all you literally need to do is put your hand behind the bumper and push the dent out. people who can't un-dent a bumper bother me so much

(The car in front of the car in front of Cr1tikal)[/del] Edited: Watched again and listened more carefully, I must've thought that because I couldn't see a nurse purposefully going to a corrupt doctor to get a false diagnosis to get a lawsuit.
