really? £35 for THAT hunk of shit? i'd rather go back to WoW for a month
Every time he mentions the words "Bad", "Ass" I lose 1 IQ point, but when they are used in the same sentence, I lose 5.
As you can tell im in a mental institute right now.
I have a hard time seeing Rob Riggle or anyone who was ever on the Daily Show without thinking that they're subtly taking the piss out of whatever they're promoting because they did it for so long on television.
Normally I'm against the whole anti-CoD bandwagon, but this is blatantly stupid.
I still can't comprehend why so many people buy those map packs or even Elite.
There are so many things wrong with this, it's uncanny
It's meant to be stupid.
It's not meant to make you go 'Man, I want to play Call of Duty because its bad ass'; This video is clearly aimed at people who have played Call of Duty before and get the jist of how everything in Call of Duty works.
CoD is the cancer of gaming
Damn it, Riggle. You know better.
its 50 dollars a month or just one time 50 dollars?

$$$ and Activision has plenty more were that came from.
Talks about commies.
Calls his American made gun Natascha. :v:
CoD is a fucking arcade shooter, 80's action movie "big explosions and one liners" type game.
It has mass appeal because it's easy pick up and play. Games don't need to have convoluted sub-plots or be genre defining to be enjoyable.
If people want to drop $60 on a 'new' CoD game every year, that's their business.

And anyone who says CoD is bad because it is not realistic can go elsewhere because CoD never pretended to be realistic
I thought that ad was funny. It's only the CoD title that makes people hate it.
You guys are fucking ridiculous. You say WoW is worth it if the player enjoys the game, but if a player enjoys CoD and wants to buy a year to CoD Elite you say it's a horrible deal even for people who enjoy the game.

Except with WoW (if you are into that kind of thing) you pay the monthly but you get a massive amount of content.
Now 50$ a year for a clan system and gun info (that should be included ingame) isn't a good deal even for those who enjoy CoD.

Anything mainstream means Facepunch will hate it, at least that's what I've seen.

What does mainstream have to do with hating it?
I mean, I don't hate CoD. Its pretty fun for an arcade shooter. My problem with it though is its the same game every year. If I showed someone a video of MW2 next to a video of MW3 they would probably have a hard time figuring out which one was MW2 and which one was MW3.
so painfully obvious the commercial is targeted to preteens and 13 yr olds.
Battlelog?
Battlelog?
Free to use.
Black ops had free killcams (also that Theater thing), heatmaps and some other stuff that is now exclusive for monthly subscribers?
Stay classy Activision.
Did they just say 4 packs of DLC for $15 each?
Well they know their audience at least.
Call of Duty EUTE
Wow, it's like a parody of all the stereotypes of mainstream gaming. Except it's not a parody.
I like how they even made fun of how expensive their own DLC is.

LOL is that supposed to stop everyone else from calling them tools?
Almost as silly as saying you can't ridicule the religious because it's "disrespectful".
Also <3 Rob Riggle
