I must admit that their games are original, and there are spots in the game that still amaze me, but bad luck with the animations.

Whoa whoa whoa. Too far bro.
What I mean by that is that sure, F3 is a pretty good game, but you can very obviously see in some places where they weren't trying hard enough and some of those things are very big parts of the game.
The animations have been stated before.
The direct (non V.A.T.S.) combat is clunky as all hell and just isn't fun.
Some of the script is REALLY hit and miss.
It's very watered down from the Fallout norm of game depth, almost no moral grey areas, less traits, the communication influences are severely watered down as well.
It'd be nice if NPCs understood they could walk diagonally
