I might be mistaken but I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to kick your opponent in the head or neck.
I might be mistaken but I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to kick your opponent in the head or neck.
Doesn't look like an underground thing and the ref never called the fight off so I'm guessing it was legal in this situation
What a fucking boss.
that's not street fighter 2-esque move, it's called a mawashi geri, but this version is just turning your entire body over rather than just the legs (dou mawashi) [editline]22nd March 2013[/editline]
I might be mistaken but I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to kick your opponent in the head or neck.
mawashi geri is a legitimate move and the most common target while using the move is the head.
Did the guy get a concussion? Edit: I have done kickboxing for 6 years which I know is different from Karate, but why was protective gear NOT USED? Whenever we did sparring you could not do physical contact if you did not have your gear with you.
because the tournament used the shinkyokushin rules. full contact, no protective gear. [editline]22nd March 2013[/editline] also i don't get why they're calling it a street fighter 2 move, i've been playing sf for years and the only character with a move similar to that is abel's wheel kick in sf4.
Shit, look at the massive acceleration of his foot the moment before the blow lands. That's gotta hurt.
