Another great thing from Ratchet and Clank 2's menu was how Ratchet would sometimes play Jak and Daxter on the TV. Loved seeing that for the first time
I loved this game and its sequels. Never played past the 3rd cuz i never got a ps3 My favorite weapon was the RYNO
holy fucking shit, i did notice some of their titles had innuendos but i didn't know that literally EVERY FUCKING TITLE originally had one
I'm going to be entirely honest, I've had Into The Nexus for a year now and I haven't played for more than 10 minutes. After all these years of 60fps Ratchet games, the 30fps is unbearable.
I hope the reboot will live up to my nostalgia-ridden expectations from the first
I completely forgot about the movie...
In case none of you knew about it before, a couple of people who worked on the old ratchet and clanks did developer commentaries for the first 3 games
No boob easter egg?
This was, and still is my favorite action platformer series on the consoles. I have pretty much every game for it on PS2 and PS3, and played them to death. Hearing the music from R&C 1 after so long is awesome.
It's a shame that due to the mipmapping system that they used for the Ratchet and Clank/Jak and Daxter series they are currently have very poor emulation support. Would be nice to play them in 1440p.

Is the next Ratchet game just a remake of Ratchet and Clank 1? It seems like that from a Google search

Man, Insomniac/Naughty Dog were my favourite developers during the PS1 and PS2 era, shame it ended, especially in regards to Insomniac and Spyro.
My favourite thing about this series other than EVERYTHING in them is the ingenuity and thought about the weapon developments.....man i love the ideas these guys throw in hell i hope in the new one they do some kind of Borderlands like idea where you can create your own weapons.

Though only the pistol returned in Nexus, I can see them possibly bring it back in the new game.
I'm excited for the movie, but I've set my hopes up too high with expectations of jokes that only people who've played the game would get and references that I know I'm going to be disappointed.
i always thought crash and spyro were done by the same team so it's cool to know they were done at the same time in the same room
