2:03 you can see Japanese goods on the shelf. That's an EXTREMELY detailed touch. Japan has one of the biggest contributions in aid to Iraq and Afghanistan. Additionally they JSDF were deployed in Iraq for a short time.

Aside from that the uniform may be Multicam but the video quality to me is kind of low so hell if I know.
