Do you ever try out your contraptions before you set them off or you just hope for the best?
Also my little cousin is really into rube goldberg stuff, i want to show him this channel but you know cussing and all those naughty words do you have them in yours mostly?
I would say MOST of them do NOT have any thing that would be too offensive to a little kid.
If there is something in appropriate it is at the end-as I never say stuff during the video.
I usually do it this way: Build a trick, test it. Build another trick, then test that new trick and the previous trick. Then a third trick, then I test all three. Buy the time the machine is done I know where all the problems are fix those and film it. Immediately after I get the video it is torn down for the next.
