it's always exciting to see them upload a new crash course astronomy video because they are always so interesting
It's a shame we'll never be able to actually observe the internal mechanics of a black hole. Well, unless we make some kind of discovery which could mean that it is possible, but that seems unlikely considering a black hole can rend stars apart.

There is always the possibility of a naked singularity.
Never saw this guy before, he explains it all very neatly.
The fact that if you were to enter a black hole and all of time would pass is really.. strange
Okay this might be a stupid question, but if you theoretically had a camera which could survive a black hole, with a cable with infinite capacity attached, could you use the video the camera recorded to see into the future?

I'm not an expert, but I'd assume the time dilatation would also affect the cable, so it would take literally forever for the signal to get back to you.

could you use the force of another black hole to "extract" things from it?

Would quantum teleportation be a possibility? I mean, we're talking about impossible objects already here, so it might be possible to affect one piece of matter using another. Although that might require some kind of 'real-time' link, which would just mean that you'd get a real-time feed of what was currently happening. Or maybe slightly behind.
