S1 is one of the weaker ones, but it gets better and better, especially in seasons 3 and 4.

[sp] There are pictures of Jon Snow on set with a suit of armor virtually identical to Eddards' armor, as well as leaked pictures of an army carrying Stark, Mormont and other northern banners. My prediction is that Jon will be dead until the final three to five episodes of the season, with a Stark-Bolton battle in episode 9, as big battles are almost exclusive to episode 9. [/sp]

Season 1 was by far the most true to the books and arguably the best season because of it. I find a lot of changes annoy me but occasionally they end up being really interesting.

It's not like it's in a random place. [sp]They could track Dany by dragon sightings, find the dragon's kill which was where she was found and from there, a dothraki horde is easy to track.[/sp]
