Well, it's not so much in the choice, I mean you can just scan it, it's just fucking bunker rushes and timing attacks on small maps are fucking bitches to stop, and even if you do stop, you're WAY behind, as they can just fucking salvage bunkers and deal with the few marines they lost.

As soon as I opened his stream, the first thing I hear is "WHAT THE FUUUCK!?" as his main is being swarmed by helions and marauders.
It was hilarious that he was winning the argument beforehand complaining about the game as opposed to the person, but then he just blindly rages at the end.

His opponent built bunkers infront of his ramp. Meaning he would have to kill those bunkers in order to do anything between his main base and his expansion.
It can be really difficult to deal with and is annoying.

You HAVE to expand, or you're going to not have enough economy to prevent a 1-base timing attack, or even just a-moving into your base on 2 base.
Perhaps I approached StarCraft II incorrectly, but for the most part it was simply frustrating to me.
The game is unbalanced right now but the biggest thing is blizzard is going to release the balancing units in each expansion they put out so they can charge more for people to play an unbroken game.

You have no idea how to play zerg, do you?
You never one base as zerg unless you're going for an all in.
Only time you should ever consider not expanding as zerg is in ZvZ if you want to go banelings super fast
