And those scrappers really are a plague here in poland, they literally take any chance to get into your garage if it's open and take as much metal stuff as they can, they once stole a few car parts from my dad which were in a locked garage. They're basically borderline burglars. Kind of shows you in what a wonderful state this country is when a lot of people have to adhere to this kind of thing just to have food and clothes. Usually you won't get people that desperate for metal, breaking into shit and stuff, unless you're in a bad neighborhood.
